PAPARAZZI CATCHES ZUMA DOGG WALKING DOWN STREET -- AKS ME ABOUT PARIS HILTON -- AND TRIGGERS A RANT ON PROBLEMS IN LOS ANGELES

I was walking down the street yesterday, and a paparazzi guy (who I actually know from Venice Beach) caught me. He aksed me what I thought of Paris Hilton, and it triggered a whole rant about problems in Los Angeles. It was 9am, and I don't know how I got so worked up.
