* CHANGES ON PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT'S JOB APPLICATION?: Why has the City Personnel department decided to waive or remove the information about having a criminal record from application. This was on File Index yesterday. ..Is it because so many of them have so many felony charges who wont pass?
* CITY HALL'S MERRY GO ROUND OF CARERR POLITICIAN SHADINESS HAS ZD DIZZY: LA CIty Attorney Rocky Delgadillo to run for CM Ed Reyes CD 1 seat, when Reyes moves to Nunez' Assembly district to run for HIS vacated seat. Nunez wants to run for Mayor (but Antonio has to run for Governor for that to happen, cause Nucklehead Nunez is termed out BEFORE the next Mayoral election. Jack Weiss is gonna run for Rocky's job as City Attorney. Assemblyman Mike Feuer will run for his old CD 5 seat whne Jackass Weiss leaves (despite what Daily News is printing.) Wendy "Greuesome" Greuel (and she REALLY is) will run for Controller Laura Chick's job as controller, when Chick runs for assembly against Bob Blumenfield and Stuart Waldman.
* LAUSD UPDATE: Jon Lauritzen has let go of most of his campaign staff (Sue Burnside) and the cards are saying that he is going to resign within the month. (YIKES, bad cards on THAT one.) And, Julie Korenstein will serve out her last term in office, then retire. (Figures, she's my favorite -- who coined the phrase, "Frankenstein Bill" (regarding AB 1381).
