Dear Stitches, (Hip Hop term for "Constituents")
As some of you know, my bipolar rocket fuel has been off the radar, lately. And the episodes in between are getting shorter and the intensity getting worse. But rather than get into the biochemical details of it all, suffice to say, it's not that I am not in good/great spirits (especially on a beautiful day like today), but when I wake up, too early, on too little, it's gonna be "BIPOLAR BLAST-OFF" time, every time. And hopefully, it will continue to be nothing more than aggravated panic attacks or whatever. AND, when I mitigate my circumstance with proper nutrition, as I have...I CAN ENJOY THE DAY, AS YOU WOULD HOPE A GUY A HALF BLOCK FROM THE BEACH ON A HOT, SUNNY DAY WOULD BE ABLE TO.
AND, even though it was MELTDOWN CENTRAL, yesterday...in the late evening, I DID do A LOT of work re-designing and updating the http://LACityNews.com site that I never really used. But I put a nail in LADailyBlog.Blogspot.com -- and think LACityNews.comn is a nice, clean, fresh way to get out the political information weighing heavy on ZD's mind -- that I want to get out to the public -- WITHOUT the ZD's lifestyle (bipolar meltdowns and personal political ranting.)

BOTTOM LINE: Even though I shouldn't be doing ANY blogging or tweeting cause a) it gets me worked up and b) all the typing and posting and linking and uploading and tech stuff wears down my nerves on this rinky dink small laptop -- but when the thoughts are flowing, it becomes MORE stressful to hold them all inside. So the blogging/tweeting is a therapeutic, creative process for me. And you lazy ass L.A. City idiots get to read it, even though I wish you wouldn't. ZD is here for those OUTSIDE L.A. City, throughout L.A. County who support ZD and are suffering the consequences of years and years of ineffective, nutty activists who obviously haven't accomplished a THING, except handing it over to the same old people who continue to sucker the naive Angelinos. (A helpless bunch of small-minded, ignorant constituents, indeed.)
