This is the issue that brought Zuma Dogg into City Hall Council chambers, for the first time, on April 4, 2006. At the time he knew nothing about City Council, City Hall, and had no idea the City of L.A. was shady. He thought it was a GREAT place and the city ran, just fine! NOW, a legendary gadfly who has exposed a hell of a lot of municipal corruption and brought a hell of a lot of awareness to a hell of a lot of people. TODAY, a Federal Judge vindicated and validated my claim.
