Battle ended with Federal Judge ruling against L.A., vindicating ZD, proving he was right. In process, Mr. Dogg became legendary icon throughout the region as city hall watch dogg/activist/gadfly, exposing the fraud, waste and abuse that has brought the city to the brink of bankruptcy.
