Welcome to http:/ZumaDogg.com. The official page of the one and only, "Zuma Dogg," formerly of Malibu, CA (Zuma Beach), now residing in Venice Beach, CA.
For those of you discovering Zuma Dogg for the first time, ten years ago, I made my debut on the Howard Stern Show, in the New York City studios. It was broadcast across the country, back when he was on FM -- and it was broadcast on the E! show -- AND CBS Saturday Night Show.
When I returned to Los Angeles from the appearance, I enjoyed the creative freedom of improv comedy and the voice of "Zuma Dogg." (Previously, I was a suit and tie executive in the radio and record industry. Creative, but still corporate.)
So, I took a camcorder to Venice Beach boardwalk and started filming all the flavor and culture of the boardwalk, as I commented on the pop culture that saturates Venice boardwalk.
THEN, I took the video segments, strung them together -- and aired them on public access cable channels all across Los Angeles County, from Downtown Los Angeles, to Beverly Hills, to Santa Monica, to Malibu, to Agoura Hills, to Camarillo, to Santa Paula and back down the 101 to Studio City.
